Public Sector
On Deck Workshops is a mission-driven organization. Our aim – to make every workplace psychologically safe, inclusive, and joyful – is firmly rooted in public good. With a founder who cut her teeth at grant-making foundations and nonprofit arts organizations, we are deeply committed to supporting our peers in the public sector.
Nonprofit partners include Black Product Managers (BPM), YCore, Women in Consulting, Community Health Awareness Council (CHAC), and Chinmaya Mission, as well as educational institutions like MIT Sloan, Barnard, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Berkeley Haas School of Business.
