And in program delivery? Our facilitators are expert improvisers. By reading the room and adapting to the needs of the moment, we take care of your people and drive home takeaways that are directly actionable for them.


In Person? Virtual? No Problem!

In-person

We work with groups from 10 to 1,000+. We design our exercises to translate across organizations of all sizes. 

Our facilitation team is based in the SF Bay Area, NYC, Los Angeles, and Seattle. We frequently travel to deliver programs, both within the U.S. and internationally. 

Virtual

We work with up to 90 people at a time. Because we utilize breakout rooms, we do not host webinars.
